Member Conduct

REGISTRATION:
  • Applicant should accurately fill in all the required fields in the Registration form
  • We at Global E-Auctions and E-Procurement may request personal information and documentation as and when necessary
  • Global E-Auctions and E-Procurement will ensure the confidentiality of all the information provided by the members
  • Global E-Auctions and E-Procurement may reject the registrations where information and documentation provided by the applicant is not sufficient or accurate
TRADE LEADS:
  • The members are supposed to post the leads as per their requirement
  • Members are requested to fill in all the required fields
  • Global E-Auctions and E-Procurement reserves the right to remove the leads at any time without any notification
  • The information provided at the time of lead posting should be correct otherwise your lead can be removed from the listings
E-AUCTIONS:
  • Global E-Auctions and E-Procurement reserves the right to omit, remove, or re-categorize, at any time, any listing at its sole discretion
  • Members are requested to kindly provide the documents required by the clients, like EMD Letters, Security Deposits, etc.
  • At the time of E-Auctions, members are requested to co-operate if any problem occurs and they can take help of our customer service
GENERAL:
  • Global E-Auctions and E-Procurement may review and update the member conduct rules if necessary
